Very disappointed with the carelessness of support- staff said they would update the app because it was so slow but they deleted it and all our reports without any consultation. Having explained how important it was to our business the staff promised to restore things, and kept promising...until they went home for the weekend. During this time they promised a 24-hr solution but this never happened. We made is very clear how important the app was to our business but they didn't care less.
In the end we used Easy Reports which is much quicker and intuitive and slightly less expensive.

This is by far the best reporting APP for shopify. It has so many options for building custom reports that are just what you need, and they always have extremely responsive support staff who help you out with any issue. I highly recommend this product.

Most valuable app ever. We have been overwhelmed with our BFCM orders and have not been able to catch up. In a matter of minutes, Vincent created a fulfillment report that was exactly what we needed. Product title and variants and units. Now we can approach hundreds of custom made orders in a FAR MORE efficient manner. This app could have been priced 10x higher and I would have gladly paid it. THANK YOU again for the world-class customer service!

This is probably the most useful app that we have. It's also the app we use the most. We have sales reports that are run at the end of each day and automatically emailed to key people and we also have reports on key inventory. The support provided is second to now and someone seems always on hand to help. The support team have even tweaked reports for us! Wish all other app vendors were this responsive. If you need data out of Shopify and you need it done easily and quickly, this is the app for you.
