Sam on the support team offered great support. VERY responsive and customized a report for me on the fly. Very good service. Highly recommended.

I needed to run a report to show me how many individual products were ordered within each order that has ever come through my shop. I couldn't run this type of report in shopify, but Sam at Data Export (contacted through their awesome Live Chat feature) did it in minutes and then taught me how. Simple and effective! We are using the app to help calculate commission payments to brand ambassadors by exporting total sales attributed to customers with a particular customer tag in any given month. Customer service was fantastic and quickly added a custom field to automatically calculate the commission payments.

He helped me add metafields to my reports and now we can automate report generation, which would be something we'd have to do manually each week and month.
