I've been using this app for a couple of months and its terrific! Their IT support, getting set up, and then tweaking what I need quickly has been MAJOR! They understood what I needed and was able to get me set up very quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend this app!
Excellent support and patience. Date export really give me simple tools to do my analysis in easy way. Agile and very quick response according to the new needs.
Their customer service is outstanding! They respond quickly to chat inquiries and can generate the reports I need in no time. Best affordable reports app there is for Shopify. The app also offers excellent features like filtering, sorting, and scheduling reports to be automatically sent to our Google Drive. I highly recommend them.
Great flexible tool for reporting. CS was very responsive and created a few custom reports for free!

I had used Data Export and recently began having major issues with it's export feature to Google Drive. It would randomly scramble some data points (for example: rather than having the Delivery Date in the correct column, it would randomly show some other Value there). The Schedule feature was set to an hourly report, but it became extremely buggy (at two points it stopped exporting altogether). Support did put in an effort to help me, but it's beyond frustrating that this has happened at least 5 times and I rely on this for my bakery to process orders. At this point, I had to uninstall the app as support takes hours/days to reply. They aren't able to fix all my issues, and they can't explain why the Scheduler doesn't export every hour on the hour as promised. There were way too many work arounds required as well. For example, they couldn't figure out how to append new data to an existing tab on my Google Sheet, so they had to create a brand new tab and I had to manually copy/paste all data between tabs. While I would have given this app 5 stars in February, there are way too many bugs that have occurred this past summer and I won't be using this app moving forward.
Our client has been using this app on two stores and we can only recommend it. The support team is really helpful, always ready to give you a hand. The export possibilities are wide and after using it for two months, it seems reliable.
The app is incredible and the customer service is even better. If there are ever any questions on formatting or options to better help show the important information you need, they go out of their way to help you!

Data Export has been great for my business! I am a small business and because I don't use barcodes on my products, I'm not able to use the "scanner" on my phone to complete my inventory count. I wasn't able to find a way to print inventory reports in the Shopify app so that I could print my inventory lists for manual counting purposes.
Data Export has premade reports that allowed me to print off my inventory and sort/filter by Product Collection. When the count was complete, I was able to create a Custom Report to filter and sort my inventory data to create a report with the Collection, Product, Cost and Quantity information I needed to get a current inventory snapshot. Such a timesaver!
I had a couple of questions throughout the process and the customer service team for this app is AMAZING! The live chat is super responsive and each member I have chatted with has been able to help me resolve the issue I was having within minutes.
I would highly recommend this app!!
