I needed to be able to export sales data into a spreadsheet for analysis. I didn't exactly the report I needed, so via chat I was able to ask Dominic for the report. He set it up and scheduled it for me, no problem. After looking at it I wanted to add some things, so I was able to easily edit the report, add what I wanted, and even get it sent directly to my Google Drive. Love it!

Customer Support chat was swift and helpful. Madhu took care of answering all of my questions. Our reports run accurately and on time.

Fantastic app! It gives you access to every single field you have in Shopify. Even better? Their staff are amazing! Madhu fixed my report quickly and saved me who knows how many hours of time.

Update: This is the best app on Shopify. The IT team is amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs granular reporting. A++++

I needed assistance with some fields in a custom report I was building and he literally went into my report and added them rather than telling me how to do it which saved so much time and aggravation for me. Better than Better Reports!!! Highly recommend using this app for reporting. They worked with us to custom create exactly the report we needed with tax information and shipping costs broken out when Shopify wouldn't show shipping costs! Can't recommend them enough.

The support here is excellent, they always respond quickly with a solution. I've tried other apps and there is no comparison to the level of support these guys provide. Highly Recommend this app if you need to export any type of data.

Perfect function, Perfect support. Although I'm foreigner customer and not good at english, The support team give us very kind service. and You can make your own templates for example, shipping templates, analze templates etc by using this app. High recommend this app!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
