Great app to add more customisation to default shopify reports. There's always times when you wish shopify reports had one extra column, but you can't add it. Data Export solves those issues with easily customisable reports and even better support.

Hands down the best app we have found. We have used two very big named reporting apps that have costs us THOUSANDS and we were still never able to get exactly what we wanted until we found Data Export. The response from the customer service team is second to none-I didn't even know customer service liked this existed anymore. This app as been a HUGE time saver!

My shop has been in business since 1968 without a POS system. I took over in 2021, and after launching with Shopify this week, we still had not solved the problem of how to change our restocking process from analog to digital. We are unique in that we restock the sales floor every hour, because if we didn't the shelves would be empty due to how busy we are, especially in the 4th quarter. I was FULL of anxiety about how we would find a way to modernize without making the staff feel overwhelmed with all the change. I finally did some research into reporting for a VERY specific set of info; I didn't need financial reports or all the hundreds of reports you can find in a variety of apps, but something that I could compkletely customize. The reviews were good and it was compatible with Shopify so I started a chat with customer service. Within 15 minutes I had the customized report being generated and integrated with google sheets. Staff can now access or print the restock report and do what they need to do just like before. It is a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. I can't say it enough how relieved I am.
