Oh my goodness, this App comes with the best customer support I have ever seen in my life!! I have the exact report I wanted and it's all thanks to the folks behind that app who helped me for free. I tried about 5 other reporting apps before landing on this one. Each of the others was super hard to figure out and I did not get nearly the same level of support I have here. I wanted to use the app for the auto-export but it didn't work properly. After I contacted the team, they solved my problem immediately. After that I even asked Sam if he could make some custom changes in the fields and they did it the same hour! Excellent app if you need to make export / auto exports.
Great app, not only did it solve my issue (getting metafield values out to label printer) but also opened my eyes to new possibilities. Data syncing is a bit weird and caused some issues in the beginning, but the support was helpful and everything went well in the end. Highly recommended.
