Easy to use, and has access to all the data I need. Like the ability to schedule uploads to Google Sheets.
We have been using this app for several years. It's been so valuable and really necessary for us to keep tracking of everything from inventory, sales tax, vendors and locations, etc etc. The service is wonderful when you need help setting up a new report. It's a no brainer. We find it to be a necessity.

The support is excellent. We have multiple technical software challenges and with the pandemic most companies now only support chat or email support with pretty long time to get a resolution.
