I have been using this app for a few months and so far it does everything that I need. I have a few daily reports that get automatically emailed to me everyday and when I have run into problems I find the support very helpful. I have been using this app for over a year now and it is great. Customer support gets back to you quickly with any issues and resolves them promptly.

It works for my purpose. I use the automated reports to join that data with other data sources from our business. Support is excellent and very responsive; you can ask them any kind of customization either on reports or schedules. Great app and great price! Totally recommend if you need to create reports outside Shopify...
The app needs a bit of time to understand in the beginning , but it can do anything practically about reports , i needed mainly for products data feed for marketing channels , since i am the do it all type , so i wasn't convinced of the apps that connect your marketing channels , this app came to cut the cost and the work , the customer support was amazing , they helped me with no extra cost to put the final touch to make products feed import as easy as 123. i am still exploring what else could be done with the app features. Thanks again !
