UPDATE: We've now been using Data Export for almost a year and it's the most powerful data tool we have, much better than the Shopify reports. Eby works very hard with you to pull out the specific data you need. 5 stars (as we can't give them 6).
FIRST: Very powerful data reports and 24/7 chat support is top notch. Having this additional granularity on sales, customers etc has really helped us improve the bottom line. Well worth the monthly fee and definitely recommended.

This app has been a game changer for my business. I run fundraisers for schools and needed the ability to share sales data with my clients. This app lets me set up Google sheets so they can check their up to date sales data whenever they want. No more downloading and sending Excel spreadsheets! I also appreciate the ability of pulling data from other apps into the reports. And the customer support team is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this app.
What a great time saver!!! We struggled to find the tax information (in Germany we have 7% and 19% tax). With the Data Export App we melted that process down from 4 days! to one click in now two minutes!
Wow...so many reports, and so easy to add / modify the report I want...this app is straight forward, and simple to use. I actually chatted with support at 7:30PM (live person believe it or not at that hour) and figured out after a little help how to do everything myself. At least I know that if I need support in the future it's there...great service, thank you so much.
