Their customer service is top-notch! They are always prompt responding to the chat and will create the report I need in a short amount of time. Plus. they stay with you to be sure the report meets your specific needs. Highly recommended.
This is one of the best apps we use for reporting. I love that you can connect to your Google Drive and get the reports as per schedule. We were able to automate most of our financial reports and it reduced the time of reconciling the payments for few hours. Also the support team is very responsive and helpful. We asked multiple times for custom reports and columns and they were always able to help. They will follow-up on email and make sure to address the issue if they unable to address right away during the chat.
Best and most affordable reports app there is for Shopify. The interface is easy to learn and allows for much better financial and product reporting than what you get natively in Shopify. Their customer service is very quick and knowledgeable. I have asked for a few custom columns and their response and solution is within a few hours. Highly recommend!
