Great app. So many reports out of the box, and support proactively contacted and offered to build an custom report they have seen me investigate. Now that's customer service.
Great easy to use application. Increasing efficiency in obtaining information that would have required checking orders manually in shopify.
Support team are super helpful and can assist with custom reports and / if something isn't working/looking like you expected. Definitely best customer service team dealt with over chat.
