Desværre ikke fan af deres kundeservice. Når det er gået galt, men virker heldigvis det meste af tiden. Bare man ikke har for mange produkter
We've been using DataFeedWatch for over a year. We have three Shopify stores connected, each with several different product feeds for different platforms. It provides the extra configuration options we need that other feed builder apps were lacking. Some of the features we find really useful are being able to append static values to product urls, using Google Sheets for custom lookup tables (for when we want to supply different product information than what we use in our Shopify store), and dynamically setting values based on product sku/name/etc. Whenever I've had a question, their tech support is very responsive (I usually use live chat, which is very convenient). Overall we would recommend DataFeedWatch to anyone looking for a robust product feed generator.
They CS team is super fast and helpful!!! I had a question related with how the information communicate with GMC and they gave me an answer in 2 mins. I recommend it!

The app is doing exactly what I needed and the support is great. We got our first onboarding meeting with Marvin Flores. Even though we knew a bit about how to use DFW after less than an hour we are now way more confident and we will be able to manage our feeds with almost no help.

We have really pushed this app to the max to test its capabilities and it now an important part of our workflow on a daily basis. Any problems we have had were all errors with setup on our part. The support team have been extremely helpful in fixing and explaining the issue so we understand the platform more.
Customer support stepped in right away with good communication and resolved my issue. Overall the app is excellent, very efficient and saves time. Very good value.

Utrolig nem sætte op.

Grundsätzlich ist datafeedwatch eine mächtige Lösung für Marktplatz Listings.
Folgendes stört:
- Ebay-Anbindung erst ab Tarif "Merchant".
- Uploads nur per (S)FTP. Bei Ebay ist zumindest derzeit kein FTP-Setup möglich (Entwicklerzugang benötigt. Es erscheint beim Setup dauerhaft die lapidare Meldung, man solle es später versuchen). Wäre mit API-Anbindung zumindest bei kleinen Beständen wesentlich angenehmer.
- Keine HTML-Vorlagen für bestimmte Marktplätze (Ebay) hinterlegbar.
- Keine Bestellsynchronisation Marktplatz <-> Shopify möglich. Hier bräuchte es wieder separate Lösungen.
- Für kleine Shops teuer
