Would NOT recommend, my feed has not updated for THREE days and they just say they will look into it. Terrible customer service, AVOID!

Our go to app for feeds - great support and excellent tool - been using for many years on magento and our migration to shopify brings the same great features and support. Really easy to use and really easy to get what you want done. Support is just perfect, helps to fix the things you know you need but may not be sure how to do. Want some complex regex weirdness to fix something - no problem, need a dumb rule to catch some odd products, you got it, how about we rewrite your product descriptions based on some atttribute rule for some spcific products that only fall in to a specific group sometimes - hold my beer.

It's refreshing that DataFeedWatch has not asked me for a review, now 3 weeks after installation, but I've actually searched out the place to write one because this has been an outstanding app find. Too often in life whether buying an app or a service or a product we get hounded to write reviews, "Did I give you very excellent service today?" etc... No such request came! But I'm pleased to report that after years of struggling with inadequate control over our Google Merchant Center and Bing shopping feeds we now have ways to fine-tune every aspect of our feeds. Some features are not for the faint of heart -- for example since we were migrating from another app, we knew our sales performance might get hurt if Google were to treat our new feed as newly added products and lose their years of sales history, so we had to make sure this new app rewrites our product and variant IDs into the multi-part formats of the prior app -- the tools were there to automate that process, not something we'd have wanted to do manually with thousands of IDs to map! Likewise several other refinements were needed to address Google fields that are specific to our data sets, and after some trial and error the features can usually be found to do whatever we need. You can create endless rules to include/exclude products or groups; upload your feed anytime on-demand or via schedule, etc. This isn't an app for beginners though, or anyone who wants their ecommerce business to be a black box that runs itself. This is a hands-on tool for control freaks who don't mind putting in the time to micromanage the details, and want the tools and features to enable that. I'm just getting started.

Great App - it does all the mundane tasks of putting naming parameters to various ecomm platforms quick and easy. Emanuele was helping me to set it and he was extremely helpful, pleasant to work with and v. knowledgable.

I use DFW for three of my Shopify clients... I had to do a bit of reading to figure out how to use it. Considering that I've never used this or any feed management software before, and I figured everything out within a couple of hours, I'm pretty impressed. I've contacted their live chat support a few times and they've been super helpful - screenshots and videos make it easy to follow. I've used this to take our FB dynamic ads to the next level - super impressed with them. The only negative is that you have to get the higher agency plan if you want multiple daily uploads (otherwise it's just once every 24 hours). I think they should include it for the second tier plan too as I can't imagine any serious ecommerce advertise is going to be satisfied with feed updates once every 24 hours. Other than that, they're awesome.

A/B testing works only if you have a large number of similar products in your store because they don't change the splits for the test. They just split all the products once resulting in a one-sided a/b test. The customer support does need improvement. E.g. I have tried to resolve a simple mapping issue. The first time, I had to explain the problem 2 times and had to wait 60minutes. Apparently, she just left the chat... I am still waiting. Thanks Monika ... After that, I have opened another chat with Sebastian. He basically ignore my question and gave me a link to a standard implementation and had basically no suggestions for me. It is a mapping and logic issue. This is basically your service. Magdalena is stellar helpful though and Martin has been reaching out to me regarding a well instructed on-boarding session. EDIT:
Datafeedwatch has reached out to me regarding my bad customer support experience. They were very helpful and eager to improve. Staff can have a bad day as well. 3/5 Stars! I would give more stars if the a/b testing would work.
