The app is doing exactly what I needed and the support is great. We got our first onboarding meeting with Marvin Flores. Even though we knew a bit about how to use DFW after less than an hour we are now way more confident and we will be able to manage our feeds with almost no help.

Marvin was EXTREMELY helpful. He got our entire feed cleaned up in less than an hour on our onboarding call. This is going to have a huge impact on our business and we are so impressed so far!

Superb app and support! I use it for our Google Shopping feed and will also use it for Bing and Facebook. Worth every cent.

Very miserable experience. I can only speak about the Amazon marketplace channel. Perhaps the platform is more stable for other channels, but if you are looking to prepare feeds for Amazon using DataFeedWatch - I strongly suggest you consider other options.

The Amazon Order Management module is so buggy it became laughable after a while. I think they only recently added it - but clearly they haven't bothered with alpha, let alone beta testing.

I stuck with them for several weeks, always believing things were about to start getting better. In fact, things got worse. After I spent 12+ hours building templates for Amazon feeds, the portal reported an error to which they responded "We have encountered a problem downloading products" and asked me to re-install. They assured me that re-installing would not impact my templates. I re-installed the app, and guess what? No more templates.

Their customer service team does respond in a relatively timely fashion. But the substance of their guidance is so bad that oftentimes no guidance at all would have been better.

Buyer beware!

Datafeedwatch has helped us sync our products more effectively to different Merchant Centers and Marvin was very helpful in setting our store up! He was able to educate our team in creating different rules and correlations and ensure all of our products get listed correctly without any error. Big thanks to Marvin and the DFW team.

Awesome feed app! I tried many other feeds app and they are only able to perform basic customization. This Datafeed watch allow to perform some really advanced customization in feed. Supports are also awesome, was really patient with helping me solving a complicated problem.

- We extended your free trial from the initial 2 weeks to 3 weeks to ensure you had ample time to explore our app and its features.
