We have been using DFW for almost 1 year now across all our shops and it was been a pleasant experience.

The customer support has been a huge help with the settings and a better understanding of how DFW works.

Great experience overall! Truthfully DFW is a bit overwhelming/cumbersome at first, but their support team is top notch and has been able to help resolve every issue.

I am a beginner with Data Feed Watch; since before I was working with a marketing agency whom was doing all the updates from Shopify store with a personalized tool.
Now, Marvin Flores, global account manager from DFW has supported us to begin set-up on DFW in order to make things work properly in Merchant Center & Adwords campaigns.

I have just had 45 minutes with Marvin and found him to be patient and helpful.
Being realistic, 45 minutes is not a lot of time to learn about the intricacies of DFW, nevertheless, he did a good job within the time restrictions, and I am grateful for the time I did have with him.
