After failed attempts by myself to resolve the issue I reached out to their support chat, and WOW! We have been using DataFeedWatch for over a year and are currently feeding 8 different channels through their app. It's an incredibly user-friendly app, which allow you to customize and automate your feed in a lot of powerful ways. Through manipulating our data so it's optimized for each channel, our CTR and ROAS have increased on all our marketing channels. Another good thing about DataFeedWatch is their reasonable pricing, their excellent and swift customer support on chat/email and the large help center allowing you to learn most things on your own. I have no second thoughts recommending this company/app for other Shopify merchants.

Setting up a new feed can be a pretty daunting experience. Luckily, Datafeedwatch is there to help. They usually response within a minute or two to all my questions. 5 stars!

The best app for handling your feeds. The customer support team is out of this world. They are so knowledgeable and will help you fix issues even if its not coming from their platform. I was having a feed issue and he was able to track it down to Google and helped me fix the issue over there. 10000000% recommend if you need help managing your feeds
