Well not impressed did not do much for me. not a very friendly app. no analytics either.

I expected more by DataFeedWatch because although they provide the Skroutz channel, they failed to customize the feed so to meet Skroutz's requirements.
I also was charged (probably by Shopify) a month of subscription while I unistalled the app on time during the trial period. The DataFeedWatch's support helped me and I got my refund. The whole experience though of trying to get back my money, was really long and difficult. This was because initially DataFeedWatch didn't agree with the actual uninstallation date. They told me that the uninstall took place on later time, after trial expiration, which was not the case, as the Shopify team proved. Secondly, although the refund was released, I had no feedback on this, either by Shopify or DataFeedWatch.

simply doesnt work, wasted so much time trying to get feed to work on google shopping only to find out that it was a problem with their coding. support is non existent no one ever answers you questions or fixes issues

Best priced app for feeds and there support is top notch! Works extremely well have tried other options but none compare!

First bad experience with a feed app - don't bother with these guys. No communication. They emailed us to get us to use the service, we set it up and requested they set up feeds. We got an email saying a feed specialist would be in touch, no contact, no email but they set up the feed in the wrong country, with the wrong products.

We raised the issue with their support and apparently they had no idea who the feed specialist was, literally no clue who was working on the account, and refused to help.

If you are looking for a feed partner that actually communicates and designs the feeds for you these guys are useless.
