The platform is easy to use. I love the logic through operand conditions and also the ordering of rules. Everything seems intuitive and any queries are immediately answered. The customer support team, especially Ivan was excellent in supporting us with specific requests on the customized addition of variants in the feed for mapping.

We look forward to setting up more sales channels with DataFeedWatch.

You need some skills to setup the feeds properly. But there is tons of documentation available. Its very powerful and flexible for all kinds of businesses. The Support-team is super-fast and gives instant support when needed. High skilled support. The possibilities with Datafeed are endless. Am using it for couple months now and still discovering new features.

Setting up a new feed can be a pretty daunting experience. Luckily, Datafeedwatch is there to help. They usually response within a minute or two to all my questions. 5 stars!

This app is total time wasting. Customer service is useless. I Just wasted time for nothing. There are no easy access to cancel the plane

By far the best app to customize your product feed, but what makes it a 5-star experience is the customer support. They're quick to respond and have helped me out on multiple occasions. Props to Claire for the 5-star customer service.

Tetiana was awesome helping me resolve issues with my mapping. She was also super sweet and made the process less stressful. She definitely needs a raise!

Being realistic, 45 minutes is not a lot of time to learn about the intricacies of DFW, nevertheless, he did a good job within the time restrictions, and I am grateful for the time I did have with him.

Hi , at first I was discouraged about the service I recieved from Keith. He wasn't very pleasant or helpful at all.
I thought I would give it another shot and got Tetiana on the chat. She was like a hundred and fifty degree turn around, from what I experienced before. Even though she was working alone she managed to juggle the chats like a real pro. She took the time to be attentive to my problems and help me work through them and was very nice throughout the whole chat. It was a pleasure working with her. I hope I get her when I chat again :)

DFW makes creating and optimising feeds really simple. The customer support is really good. They help you with all the problems and solve the issues in real time.

The app is wonderful with great and easy to follow rules. The support I received from Emanuele was very helpful. He was patient, answered my questions and assisted me with setting up the mapping rules.

Web Savvy referred us to DataFeedWatch. We have experience running "regular" Google search and display campaigns, but somewhat new to Google Shopping. DataFeedWatch makes the process push button easy. The training also is paced efficiently so that you can pretty much understand all the jargon in an hour or so. We're starting with Google shopping, but excited to also get distribution to all the other platforms and it looks like DatafeedWatch will make that roll-out process easy.

At 1st I thought was a bit expensive, so went for the free trial. Took a while to get used to, but now its really quite good. And support has been amazing, Claire went above and beyond to help set up my feed. Now its up and running my Google merchant account has finally been approved. I still think its a but pricey, a lower price may attract more customers, but im going to stick with it as I haven't yet found a better option.

I am more than thrilled. I have questions all the time and the support is very patient and helpful. Here's to good cooperation. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to make really good advertising without problems with the products.

I love this app and the people who work there. It was painless to put my feeds up. Then today when I had errors on my feed from my FB store, they took me through them and what they meant. They asked if I wanted them to fix it or I could--I asked them how much it would cost. Free. I'm definitely continuing with them. I am learning through them and it is pleasant. The App made it a lot easier to integrate DFW with Shopify. Doesn't hurt either that DFW always have very fast (and great!) support whenever there's an issue.

I will explain what happens If you use this app. After the basic setup, with the help of the agents, you're going to start making feed. And then you will start syncing. After the sink is finished, the efficiency of Google ads will drop dramatically and PPC AI will once again take more than two weeks to pass the learning path. You will be anxious and frustrated, and you will find out that there have been no special changes except for this app, and soon you will find the agent in the chat on the right corner. If you ask them for support, they will continue the conversation by telling you to wait because they are checking. That's how you spend your day and find another agent or community the next day. 24 hours after the support request, one of the agents will ask you for Google Merchant Center Access, and that's where the app's support begins. Are you curious about my case? I haven't received any reply yet after the agent took the access and I'm still waiting.

Gotta love DFW for all the flexibility when working with feeds !

Just started working with it, but it's not hard to use once you get the hang of it. Support is pretty helpful with instructions. If the US you have to catch them in the right time (most are in Europe). Overall, I really like it.

OK - so anyone new to Shopify will discover that passing the correct data to Google Merchant, facebook etc, is quite tricky! What's more, to do good listing on these external sales channels means you'll probably have to extend your data fields beyond the ones offered out of the box from Shopify using custom fields. You then have to figure out how to map, combine, reuse and re-express this data for different sales channel feeds. Be sure, there is no simple plug-n-play API out there to make all this work seamlessly across each channel. So here's what I love about DatafeedWatch: - Standard and custom data fields are pulled in seamlessly from Shopify.
- Field mapping is very simple and intuitive.
- Fields can be manipulated (combined, filtered, edited) with simple and complex multi-level logic functions.
- Creating multiple dedicated feeds for different sales channels is made easier and faster with the possibility to copy repetitive rules from different feeds. - The software runs a check on your feed and provides a quality rating plus suggestions specific to different channel requirements. - Best of all - the platforms you're feeding into seem to "like" the feed. We've had very low error rates so far. Then there's the great support both in terms of initial set-up and follow up issues. I have had three support sessions helping with some data formatting - all solved within 5 mins over chat. What I will add is that DFW is primarily an XML-output feed software ideal for pushing marketing (product) data out to social platforms etc. We use DFW mainly for Google Merchant and Facebook. If you're looking for managing bi-directional data (e.g. for handling sales orders on Amazon - there are different specific full feature APIs/platforms for that). Thanks again DFW!

Super easy to use after you learn the basics. You do have to dedicate about 15-30 minutes to learning this, then more time in the future for advanced features. But learning is, of course, required in business so don't be disappointed that there is some learning. Just watch some tutorials and get to work. It's absolutely worth the cost given all the features available. The ability to create Google, Bing, Facebook and more, is all included so you're getting a huge amount of functionality from one tool. Definitely worth the cost.

We just started to use the app, but what I can say that the support is AWESOME. Especially Joan was helping us out so great and quick. Really TOP. I defenitely can recommend the support and the feature set of the app looks great as well.

After trying 2 alternative feed management apps here on Shopify (one got my Merchant Center account disaprroved by Google), I understood I will have to take an app that cost me money (sorry to say it but what you get for free in this case is bad solutions).
First there was a great onboarding meeting and since than I sell in Google and Facebook without any issues at all.

A must use app for all e-commerce marketers. Their support is great! You can adjust your feed for Google Merchant Centre and Facebook Catalog so your products are listed properly.

Easy to use, clean layout, excellent customer service - very quick to respond through chat. Highly recomment this app.
