We have really pushed this app to the max to test its capabilities and it now an important part of our workflow on a daily basis. Any problems we have had were all errors with setup on our part. The support team have been extremely helpful in fixing and explaining the issue so we understand the platform more.

I uninstalled the app 2 months ago, and they keep charging my card! I don't see an option to stop it since it's no longer installed

This is by far the best app that is friendly with merchant centre especially if you have multiple currencies. Casper was really helpful and he helped us configure our shopping feed
Great app and terrific support. Their product is very effective in optimizing our data feed for Google Shopping. Also, their support rep, Chris, was very responsive and fixed an issue I was having quickly.
