Very hard to get a hold of anyone.

Grundsätzlich ist datafeedwatch eine mächtige Lösung für Marktplatz Listings.

Folgendes stört:

- Ebay-Anbindung erst ab Tarif "Merchant".
- Uploads nur per (S)FTP. Bei Ebay ist zumindest derzeit kein FTP-Setup möglich (Entwicklerzugang benötigt. Es erscheint beim Setup dauerhaft die lapidare Meldung, man solle es später versuchen). Wäre mit API-Anbindung zumindest bei kleinen Beständen ...

Continued oversells on Amazon due to DataFeedWatch app not updating Amazon with correct inventory. Beware of their 'Amazon to Shopify order integration' - its intermittent and does not even pull basic information such as the 'shipping address' to Shopify! Not cheap and very slow user interface but okay solution overall.

A/B testing works only if you have a large number of similar products in your store because they don't change the splits for the test. They just split all the products once resulting in a one-sided a/b test. The customer support does need improvement. E.g. I have tried to resolve a simple mapping issue. A little complicated and the support is a little light but this app does it's job each and every night and is critical to our business success. No other app of it's type is as flexible or easy to build custom feeds from.

Cancelled my subscription prior to my free trial ending and I keep getting charged on my credit card.

I received a refund after following up but was advised that I needed to cancel my DataFeedWatch Account and not just delete the app from your Shopify account which was not clear initially.
