Service is sloppy. I got cut off on a chat because "he had to go" an no feedback since... Also got hit with a 60% price increase for no apparent reason.

The app does everything you can possibly think of when it comes to Google shopping. After trying a couple of different apps we chose DataFeedWatch. Claire's support is fantastic and I can't fault the platform in any way! Thank you so much for this!

Basically no support. Multiple of our emails to support have been ignored.
We can't recover access to our account, and recovery emails aren't arriving at our email address. Update: After leaving a one-start review - everything was sorted. Thank you team, but this was really unnecessary. All the best.

Sehr intuitiv und easy to set up. Man bekommt sehr viel Unterstützung in den Onboarding Calls und auch der Support ist sehr hilfreich!
Complex and frustrating. Experiencing a number of errors in Merchant center and really not getting any help at all
Their app is definitely helpful in improving the effectiveness of Google ads, as it allows Google to better understand our products and presents clear tables for us to input information. Additionally, as a beginner, Marvin helped me understand the entire working principle through online meetings and provided a concrete case as a teaching example. Pawel has also set up an initial feed for Google, which is really great. I applaud their professionalism and customer service.

A little complicated and the support is a little light but this app does it's job each and every night and is critical to our business success. No other app of it's type is as flexible or easy to build custom feeds from.
