I am getting no response from their support. App is showing incorrect data for our website. With incorrect session volume, hard to trust the information then shown about our audience.

I wanted to clarify that the segment population is not the same as unique users. Instead, the segment population captures the total impressions across all our segments. It's important to note that a single user can fall into multiple audiences, sometimes even up to 60+ segments, which is why the segment population might seem a little high. Additionally, there is also a scenario where a single user can be captured multiple times if they are logging onto your site with different browsers or devices. we installed the app and more than 24hrs have past no data is still showing. it only says. Hold Tight! Your segments will begin to populate in as little as 24 hours.
This app inserted what appeared to be malicious code into our homepage. It created a white bar at the bottom of the our homepage with hidden text that said "Insert Ad Here!" and what appeared to be a link to some kind of bidding portal. STAY AWAY!!!!
We followed up with Kenzier from Ritual de Fille to work through her concerns and to answer all her questions. The "Insert Ad Here" code has been removed and the white bar issue has been resolved. To clarify, pro-market is the pixel that Datonics uses in order to match the visitors that arrive to your site against our database and populate your report, not a bidding portal — we do not collect any Shopify merchant data to sell.
