Excited to use this app on my website. I had troubles setting it up, but their team was able to take over and get it done for me. They were great to work with! However, it took time (2 days) to get through to someone on their "live chat". We ended up communicating through email, which was just fine and got the job done. I was grateful for their help! Overall good experience and the map feature looks good. Great prices too

MAPPY was super easy to install and setup, even for a Shopify novice. The support team are really helpful and work with you to make sure you're happy with the customisations made - free of charge! It offers a great, professional solution for showcasing stockists.

Very nice app, relatively easy to set up if instructions are followed. Had an issue with the map not showing on the desktop view but the support team very quickly sorted it for me.

So far, so good ! The app seems to answer our needs. Elio and the whole team have been reactive and great help to set everything up and seem to be attentive to suggestions in order to help make the app even better. I recommend.

Searched around for a good MAP that showcases our retail stores. MAPPY was the best one ! It allows you to add directions linked to google maps and that's one of the biggest features we needed.

I wanted to know if could customize a certain feature they had for mobile. The team at MAPPY applied the feature for me in just a couple of days. 10/10 Customer Service and 5/5 app !

The Mappy App is intuitive and fairly straight forward to install. Customer support, especially Mabel, is very helpful and has always resolved any issues quickly and professionally. The App display is very professional and the ability to add in so much information is very helpful. I would highly recommend this app.

Great and easy experience! I had a bit of trouble with the cloud based map on the store locator page in Shopify. After troubleshooting it myself -- I reached out to tech support and was paired up with ELIO. He was able to fix the problem almost instantly. I was very impressed by the speed of his support. He was very kind and went out of his way to help me organize data into a CSV file for me to help with store locations importation.

If I have have any issues again, I hope that I will be matched with ELIO again! That man needs a pay raise!!!

I came to MAPPY because the previous Map provider was suuuper slow and the team was unhelpful, and MAPPY was the exact opposite. User-friendly, visually pleasing, fast-loading and the support team (specially Elio) were super quick to help, and made sure to follow up with me when they didn't hear back, eager to assist.
