Extremely happy with MAPPY customer service. Contacted them and overnight one of their techs Mabel had redesigned the app to fit our theme we were working on. It was not in their list of themes they had already done before but by the very next morning the appearance of the app was adjusted to perfectly fit the appearance of our new theme. I was expecting to have to adjust everything myself, but Mabel had taken care of all of it. much thanks!

Excited to use this app on my website. I had troubles setting it up, but their team was able to take over and get it done for me. They were great to work with! However, it took time (2 days) to get through to someone on their "live chat". We ended up communicating through email, which was just fine and got the job done. I was grateful for their help! Overall good experience and the map feature looks good. Great prices too

Had an issue with the app, within 2 minutes from the support team I was back up and running. I had no idea how to fix it but the support team knew how to direct me and were patient with someone that isn't the greatest with tech.
