Th Dealer and Store Locator app works well, especially with all the help from Jennie and Dinh Trong Linh who helped get it up and running. It is very easy to use and it automatically updates once you enter in a new location. There are a lot of options so you can customize the app based on your preferences. It allows us to easily show where our products can be found, along with their contact information and website to help raise awareness and drive sales to our dealers.

Had some trouble updating one of the pages, but Steph and Duong helped me out... and they were on holidays at the time, so very much appreciated.

I was looking for a locator that would give me statistics on where people are looking for our product. Not only did this application give me that but I submitted suggestions to make my reporting easier and they implemented them within just a few weeks. TOP NOTCH SERVICE. Smooth running application that is both intuitive and functional. Customer service and development are "ON IT" and responsive to consumer needs.

As you know there are a bunch of store locator apps on Shopify. However, this app combines all advantages and even tops that on a technical level. You can search by Location or name. And most convenient, you can use your own Google API key.
We had a few questions about the app and got quick support from the support team. The customer service was very extremely helpful and willing to help me as efficiently as they could through chat support. They quickly solve my problems and this app does exactly what I need it to do for my online store. Great app that helps us identify our dealer network very easily.

On Shopify, you may find a variety of shop location applications. However, on a technological level, this software combines all benefits and even outperforms them. You may search by location or name, and, most importantly, you can assign tags to specific dealers such as Premium-Dealer to provide the customer a better idea of the dealer he is looking for. Taking into account their support, the cost-performance ratio is excellent: BSS's assistance is, as always, exceptional, both in terms of Gigi's quick communication and the highly competent technical level of Ta Cuong. We are grateful for their assistance and prompt comprehension of our needs! Last but not least, they assisted us with importing and optimizing our dealer data for our needs! I appreciate it!

We use this app to display a map of dealer and installers. Love the feature of being able to tag each store with a category so they can be filtered by the customer.
