The app is very easy to navigate. I was having an issue to modify the text color, contacted the customer service and was offered a solution immediately. Recommended.

This app is pretty easy to use, It's very simple to choose the main settings. But we don't have the option of formatting the "Store locator" page. The size of the map has an impact on the width of the other elements on the page, which forces us to go into the code to make corrections, but nothing optimal.

The technical support is perfect: very responsive, fast, and they explain in detail what they're doing, which is great.

Great app. We were looking for a simple to use, but great quality plug in to show fitting locations and this worked perfectly.

We had issues trying to find the right store locator and making them work correctly. Once we settled on which one we were going to use (Dealer & Store Locator by BSS Commerce), Jena and the developer Dinh Trong Linh were able to provide great customer service and technical support. They were very responsive, and they quickly were able to resolve our issues in getting to display the map correctly.

App is good and does the job! I'm really happy about my choice of app and the possibuilities in it.
Furthermore, their support team is amazing - really skilled and helpful and willingly to get the job done without letting the customer wait for too long. They will help with all kind of requests and will do everything in their power to get you satisfied - a lot of customer services could learn from them. Being a customer service week, I thought this would be the best time to write this review. My experience went from frustration to great, thanks to Jena and the developer Dinh Trong Linh. Jena has been kind, patient, and helpful for the last couple of weeks. Being on different continents meant that we were in different time zones. Still all questions I left and requests were addressed on time. Very happy that they offer customization at no extra cost. Dinh Trong Linh who worked on our site, did a wonderful job tweaking per the brief given. Two months in, Jena continues to check in. Why this app? The store locator page looks similar to the rest of the site, which is one of the big reasons we moved from the previous app. Having images/logos makes the page look great. One doesn't have to be a technician to use this app, there is a step-by-step guide to help. When in doubt or your stuck, there have excellent customer support to help out. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Had a few glitches when we first set this app up. I raised a support ticket which took a few days to be answered due to being the weekend and different time zones. However once it was looked at the issues was very quickly resolved. For us the extra info of where people are searching will prove invaluable to setting up new shops, so worth paying for the extra tier I probably would have given it 5 stars if it had worked first time

We've used this app and are really happy about it. App is highly customizable and the customer service is great. At first we had some speed issues however they've managed to fix this within 2 days! No complaints and highly recommend this app for this price!

This App works well, as advertised. Needed a little help after install to make it comply with our custom theme, team was efficient in taking care of the issue.

The product is very easy to use and looks good in our store. The customer support was extremely good as well. I had a (self-inflicted) issue with an API and some minor formatting, and had a support staff + technician help me through them all within 20 minutes of me reaching out.
