Had some trouble updating one of the pages, but Steph and Duong helped me out... and they were on holidays at the time, so very much appreciated.

Easy to install and config. Looks good too. Had a slight issue that altered some parts of the site but the customer service (Gigi) and Tech (Ta Cuong) were helpful and nice to deal with. I still give 5 stars with a suggestion to the developers to test the whole site before committing the code as sometimes a fix can create a bug somewhere else.

We use this app across many of our sites, Gigi and the tech guy, Xu Tho are very responsive with any issues that I have had. Good service, happy to recommend.

Great app, we tried a different app before we moved our store locator to BSS and we are VERY happy with this one. BSS never disappoints! (We use other BSS apps, too) The customer and tech support is excellent and they really go out of there way for their customers. We use various BSS apps for multiple Shopify stores. We substituted another store locator app by BSS Dealer & Store Locator. As you know there are a bunch of store locator apps on Shopify. However, this app combines all advantages and even tops that on a technical level. You can search by Location or name and, most important to us, give tags for special dealers like Premium-Dealer to give the user an better impression of the dealer he is looking for.

Great app, customizable and exactly what we were looking for! We had a slight issue installing the app on our Shopify website but Steph from customer service and tech genius Xuan Duong helped us super quickily and all through Whatsapp! Great service, highly recommend!
