As a small production company we have always struggled finding a system that works with us as our business grows. We have found that Dear is very user friendly and adapts easily to fit our specific brand. The support team has helped every time we need anything and they are always very quick and efficient with friendly positive attitudes.
We highly recommend this system to anyone looking to grow their business.
Great and robust system for handing our needs. Great intergrations. Support is good. Could be a bit better at timelines for meetings in general however when i really needed some help they made it happen so cant fault them really.

Dear system is a great app. There support team is extremely good and they get back to your inquiry pretty fast. They also have been trying to accommodate some ideas that we had which we think can work very well as new additions to the system. I have worked with few other system before switching to DEAR and I am extremely happy I made this decision.

Inventory management used to be the biggest pain before we started using DEAR. This app is perfect!
I like that I can integrate my sales channels (Etsy and Shopify - Amazon is an option too, but I opted not to integrate it to save money) and input manual orders in one place to keep track of orders, inventory, shipments, and payments. I used their previous product OrderHive, so it is all fairly intuitive to use, and they provided great onboarding and setup. I was paired with Muskan as my Onboarding Specialist, and she was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting me setup.
After trying countless Inventory Management applications DEAR has proved to be superior by far. Super easy interface and their support service has been extremely helpful any time we've ran into any issues!
Boom. All our stock in one place. Got around the annoying limitation of syncing 2 locations from VEND to 1 Shopify store. Plus is links with Xero, handles all our manufacturing and builds. So far it looks like it's a perfect fit for what we do. Love it.
Plus the support is pretty excellent. Like, really fast!
