I was told to leave a 5-star review and left a 4-star because the customer service representative seemed nice even though I wasn't quite familiar with the store. NO REWARD WAS GIVEN as promised ( this was 6 months ago. Should have bought something before putting them on site).
However, after receiving a return photo from my customer, I felt so embarrassed that this was the quality of products I had been selling to my customers (I thank God that most of my customers didn't buy from this supplier). There were no defects, however, the product looked very old, giving a thrift store feel. I honestly would have returned the product myself if I were the customer.
Right now, I have offered my customer a Free product just to make up for this embarrassment.
The return process was awful as there's no way to return unless you ask for permission. They have a 3-day return policy which is NOT posted on the website, I had to google it. Plus they took 5 days to respond, only to tell me that I do not qualify for a return or a refund because there was no defect. Didn't take into consideration how CHEAP their product was.
If quality is most important for your business, I'll suggest that you BE AWARE of this cheap site. Most of these good reviews are not real, they ask people to write them for a reward. BE CAREFUL this may hurt your business. They have A LOT IMPROVEMENTS TO DO.
Credit card information compromised and charged. It appears it may have been a diversion to a fake site that compromised credit card information through the appearance of paypal. Be mindful when proceeding. I was unable to get anyone to answer on the identified WhatsAPP contacts and had difficulty with the responses that I received through the chat, the company was not helpful and did not seemed concerned about the situation or the risk to other customers - indicating that it wasnt them.
I have several orders that are messed up and not importing over to Dear Lover so can not get them fulfilled and customer service is not responding! Beware of using them! Update: they have still not responded to me and I have messaged them multiple times! I still have several orders to customers that have not gone out for 20 days ago! Using these products could ultimately cause a store to have a bad reputation of not fulfilling!

1. Can you please check again and confirm that your store did had connectted with our store?
2. If the connection is ok, then are the state of those orders paid? Only paid order will be synced to our site.
3. If those orders are all been paid, but didn't been synced to our site, they might be the products of the orders are out of stock. Can you please send me your store link? Then I could let our technical person check what is going on about the orders which not been synced to our site automatically.

FYI: I have installed this app but haven't used it yet. I recently received an email from the app, and I am sharing the content of that email for everyone to see. I strongly believe that reviews should be honest and not influenced by monetary incentives. As a Shopify merchant, it is crucial for me to rely on reviews to make informed decisions about which apps to download and do business with. In my opinion, it is unethical for this company to solicit positive reviews from users who haven't even tried their app and to entice them with a $10 coupon. However, ultimately, it's up to you to judge whether this app is suitable for your shop. Personally, I have decided not to engage with this app.

First of all, leaving a review is not mandatory.
Secondly, as a new APP, reviews will help it grow. Coupons are just to thank those customers who have placed orders and are willing to leave reviews. Coupons can only be used when placing an order.
Everything is real, not fake.
Finally, because you have registered on the website, you are in the customer list, as a potential customer, we have also sent you an email, but we never force you to do it or place order with us, all up to you.
I added this app and was excited to add some new products to my store. I was having issues using it on my phone, so I just tried assessing it from my laptop and my virus scanner popped up with 3 different scam warnings.
