Great app! Been using it since it came out. Had some bugs during my usage but the developers were quick and efficient in fixing everything and we kept improving it all together. Highly recommend this app! Best developers ever.
This review app is one of the greatest apps on Shopify. I had 3 different problems with my store and they solved it all! I am so happy to have this app in my store. My only complaint is that it slowed down my store after I added the app, but the difference is minor. This app has boosted my sales by a mile.

We feel compelled to share our recent ordeal with Debutify Reviews, which has disappointingly decided to display its logo on our website despite our subscription to the paid Growth plan. This move now forces us to upgrade to the Pro plan just to remove the logo, a tactic we find utterly unacceptable.
Our choice of Debutify Reviews was based on its integration within the Debutify ecosystem, where we had already committed to an Enterprise plan. We could have opted for other service providers for our customer reviews management, but chose loyalty to Debutify, thinking it would streamline our operations. Unfortunately, this loyalty comes at a significant cost, both financially and operationally.
Our frustration is further compounded by the lack of response to our requests for assistance in aligning our review buttons' color with our brand identity. Despite providing the requested access code over a week ago, no modifications have been made, while the logo was added to our site without our consent or prior notification.
This situation goes beyond mere inconvenience; it feels like a breach of trust and a hard sell tactic, pushing us to reconsider our partnership with Debutify. We are now faced with the daunting task of rebuilding a new website and finding a new reviews service provider, a heavy decision but necessary to preserve our brand integrity.
By sharing our experience, we hope to inform other businesses and help them make more informed decisions regarding their partnerships. We expect an immediate and ethical resolution to this issue from Debutify.
Slow and perfunctory support that doesn't understand user needs at all. The comment part doesn't show up, but the customer support only tells me "you can see it after you import it", my product doesn't have any comments, how can I import it? Make fake reviews?
Debutify's style is to keep bombarding you with emails before you use it and keep telling you how good their products are, but after you actually use it, no one cares about you. All replies in official languages, mechanical replies, slow replies!
I'm also a Debutify Theme enterprise plan user, so to speak, I spend dozens of dollars a month and don't get the 24*7 live customer support they promise!
Debutify's management should review, and the customer support executive should resign!
Wasted my energy and money for nothing, a hard lesson!
This template has been one of the worst experiences I've had. It's difficult to update, complicated to understand, and not intuitive at all. The course they offer is outdated, and the help options within the theme always redirect to non-functioning pages. Additionally, they want to charge for everything, which wouldn't be a problem if it were at least easy to understand how it works, but it's extremely complicated. After purchasing it, I spent five hours trying to figure it out without success, and ended up requesting a cancellation. It has been a terrible product choice.
Frankly, it is a complete solution that I highly recommend, especially their support team. It was a useful experience talking to Mirza from the support team who provided me with valuable information that is better than watching a lot of videos.
I have really enjoyed the ease of use with this review app! My account manager Mirza has been a pleasure to work with in explaining everything and taking care of my store to ensure it is working optimally :-)
Excellent Service and Support During Debutify Upgrade
I recently upgraded from Debutify version 5 to version 6.3, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service and support provided throughout the process. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and I felt well-informed and supported at every step.

Worst experince, lost $40.00 using this app, i started using this app and before my trail ended i cancelled my Pro subscription, but still i was charged for $40.00.
When i Reached out to there support team, with all Screenshots and Data i have showing i was charged incorrectly, i just got 1 email from support saying they are moving my ticket to billing department, yet no response received and its been close to a week now.
Do not recommned.
I had a minor issue, and the support team resolved the problem very quickly. The app itself offers a wide range of customization options, and the visual aspect of the entire app is highly attractive and user-friendly. What's all I could wish for so I can highly recommend to give it a try.
Their review app is also awesome!
Over the year, I have been working with Mirza from Debutify and he is very hard working and innovative personnel. Their review app covers everything a review app should do. Their other app for ecommerce is also great.
I will highly recommend Debutify Reviews as a one stop shop for all your review needs.

PLEASE DO NOT ADD THIS APP! APP KEEPS CRASHING AND GOES IN MAINTAINENCE FOR DAYS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, THEY REPLY AFTER DAYS!! THIS IS THE WORST REVIEW APP I HAVE EVER INSTALLED.

Ich hatte schon einige Probleme und Fragen zu meiner Website von Debutify und Debutify review.
Ich habe da sehr schnell wirklich kompetente Hilfe bekommen. Im Englishen bin ich leider noch nicht so bewandert, aber mit dem Google übersetzer ist dies auch kein Problem. Soweit ich weiss sind Sie an einem Deutschen Support im Aufbau.
Also für mich 5 Sterne. Danke für eure Zeit und Bemühungen!!!
Don’t offer the ability to extend the trial period if you’re not going to allow people to do it! Took me 11 of the 14 trial days to configure all of the theme settings and as soon as I got my theme launched, the trial was over. Reached out to them via email to extend the trial after reading that they allow it and then was denied with no explanation. I’m not paying $99+ a month on a whim. I want to see if this theme works first and after 100+ visits to my site, not a single person made it passed “Add to Cart”. But yeah you think I’m going to pay you for a conversion that is worse than when I didn’t use Debutify? No, thanks! They’re a scam!

I'm loving Debutify theme, it makes everything looks easy. it is a great theme for small and large businesses as well, with it's great embedded features, you'll be able to start your store in a matter of minutes.
And now their rating app is so excellent, you can upload and manage your reviews in a very user friendly way, and the support team is always there for you to answer any questions you have.
whenever I have a question or need to make an update I contact their tech support and we have a call and they help, explain, answer every single question I have. I think Debutify will be always my choice now.
This app is great - intuitive, easy to use, and customizable. I ran into two issues, one of which support was able to help me out with immediately. The other had to be escalated to their dev team (an issue that wasn't their fault) and I heard back about a day later. Not only had the issue been fixed, but they took care of doing the import work for me so all I had to do was review. I'll be continuing to use the app and want to send a huge thanks and kudos to their customer support lead for being so wonderful to work with!

Great support, quick responses. They imported the Judge.Me reviews which I used earlier so I did not lose any review of my customers, which is great! The app looks amazing, has a beatiful design. Just started working with it and very satisfied till now :)
