Decile has been an incredible CRM tool for our small brand. The app itself is easily self-serviced, with any number of reports easily created. The support team is incredible (Roman!) and he is very fast and proactive in getting back to us. I have looked into other tools for this, but we are so happy with our service and the data we are getting that we have stayed with Decile for a few years now.
