Wow.....i like this apps so much, it helped me to solve my problem. Highly recommended and very useful, can delete it by collection.

A very useful application to delete all the products in the store in bulk, if they have been entered with errors; or delete the products belonging to a specific collection that you are going to modify, for example. It also allows you to easily delete products that are draft, active, or archived. It is certainly very useful to manage my catalog of 20,000 products.
