Single star is also high rated for this crap application. I synced my shopify website for the first time and recharged my account with Rs. 1000. I had 2 pending orders which got synced on the delhivery dashboard and they were showing as pending orders only. Once I packed the orders, I pressed the fulfill button for both the orders on shopify orders page. Both the orders disappeared from the Delhivery dashboard immediately. I could not find those orders anywhere on the Delhivery app. I waited till next day hoping that someone would come to pick the orders but nothing happened. I tried contacting the customer care but to my surprise, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE PHONE NUMBER, CHAT or EMAIL through which we can reach out to Delhivery. There CEO Sahil Barua is living in his cocoon. All a customer can do is raise a ticket and wait for someone to reply back. They replied me back with a youtube link on how to connect Shopify and Delhivery which was not my issue as both the applications were already connected but the connection was still not working. At last, I called my local courier service provider who charged me less than what Delhivery was supposed to charge me. He gave me DTDC tracking which I put in the order details and it instantly generated a DTDC link which can be shared with the customer. PLEASE DONT INTEGRATE WITH DELHIVERY. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THIS PLANET. PERIOD.
It does not integrates properly. Orders are showing on Shopify store but none of them are automatically scheduling pickup. An error displays which says "Fill missing/invalid order details to generate AWB Number"
We are sorry you had challenges in navigating our application. As we discussed, the mentioned error usually shows up when mandatory order details are missing. In case you still face an issue, you can raise a support ticket with us via One and we shall happily assist you.
My Experience is very poor with Delhivery in terms of linking with Shopify. I am still not able to link for the last two weeks despite creating two tickets.

Pathetic customer service experience and high charges, also no call support, I do not recommend this app go with Shiprocket or Nimbuspost they are much better in customer service and everything
Service is fine, but there are many issues associated with Delhivery app -
1. Orders never sync automatically, we have to disconnect shopify channel & then connect it again, after 10 minutes, orders get synced.
2. No one came to know about the self collect packages. For example AWB number 4876010019121. I escalated that delivery is not happening, after 2 days they reverted that customer needs to collect package from nearby hub. Till the time we informed the customer, and he reached the hub to collect it, they marked it RTO, and customer didnt got his parcel.
If the TAT for package collection is 2 days, then support team should revert within 2-3 hours, so that we can get time to inform customer.
3. No support number - In case of any issue or escalation, there is no support number provided by delhivery, and we never able to discuss these issue with them
Pathetic service by delhivery. Pick ups are not done in time almost waited for 3 days for the pickup and not a single attempt or call was given by delhivery
Fraud done, content of parcel stolen and complete mental harassment by them.
All your services are good. Except the below
1) Package type (plastic cover / Cardbox) shortcut option not available in MORE FILTER. We have to click each shipment to select this package type. So please enable this option in MORE FILTER soon.
2)After customer's orders received in Shopify, their shipping Addresses not synced properly with DELHIVERY Portal. Each time & for every order, we have to re-enter the customers pincode to auto-assign the State & City in your portal. Its Headache
3) Return pickup charges is TWICE the amount of normal shipping charges.
4) frequently incorrect weight has been scanned in some of my shipments. We have to monitor the Wallet transactions.
Pretty seamless integration without any issues. The dashboard is also great.
Only 1 suggestion:
When the order is scheduled for pickup in the dashboard, the app automatically fulfils the order in shopify immediately WITHOUT intimating the customer which should not happen as the order has not been picked up yet.
Problem here is, since it's already fulfilled, the customer never receives any email that their order has been shipped. Ideally, customer should get an email once the order has been shipped and is now in transit. Unfortunately even that does not happen. So we have to manually intimate the customer that your order is shipped.
This is the only problem with this app. If it's not sending an email before the order is shipped, its ok. However, the app should send an email once it's shipped.
Otherwise, the experience has been great.
Very cost effective and reliable compared to ship rocket and other services
