Worst support , its quite months but still unable to make it work every time "channel only exists" even in one click installations . i don't know how there mapping works .

My Experience is very poor with Delhivery in terms of linking with Shopify. I am still not able to link for the last two weeks despite creating two tickets.

Pathetic service by delhivery. Pick ups are not done in time almost waited for 3 days for the pickup and not a single attempt or call was given by delhivery
The worst app ever.
They don't even have a proper customer support. if you want to raise a ticket, it'll not raise that way they dont have anything to resolve.

They send automated emails promptly to ask a five star rating on Shopify store but they never bother to contact the customer why he is still unable to start shipping. They want their shop to look exclusive at front but are not willing to serve the customers.

its more than 1 month complete but one of my
RTO parcel is not delivered

is completely useless fellow who always asking for respect without doing any works and thretened to block account
