DelightChat has been a lifesaver for getting our social media management in order. The most important advantage is that their support team is very proactive, and most of our issues are resolved within 24 hours or even less. This is a great example of their dedication to customer support. There's definitely a learning curve for our team but the more we understand the features, the easier it gets for us to deliver a better experience for our customers. Great work by the DC team :)

Been using DelightChat for almost a year now, and we can completely assure you this is the best app out there. Their pricing is so reasonable and no other competitor could match it.
