We are very happy with Delight Chat. It simplifies many of our process for customer interaction & engagement. We are looking forward to a UI available in desk view for the mobile version as well. Great app!!

This is a great app and it has tied everything together very nicely for us.

There is just one major issue for us, which according the to team is only happening to us, and that is that the notifications do not always work as intended.

Most of the time they work and new notifications are highlighted. Yet sometimes they aren't highlighted, and we miss them, which often lands us in a lot of trouble, as we miss team members or client notifications.

If this would be resolved, it would definitely be a 5-star app for us.

Great App! I can receive messages from Facebook and Instagram customers of the 7 brands in a single app, in addition to Whats app and mail from the web store. It helps me to organize myself and to refer the questions of the clients to the people in charge within the company.

I use the app for sending out automated mags for confirming order and shipping information etc and also for promotional messages. One problem is that sometimes it does not give the correct information to the customer regarding the order. Otherwise this app has helped me a lot in promoting my business and increasing the sales. Thanks!

Been using DC for a couple of months now. It's really helped me streamline all outward WhatsApp related communication - be it order updates, or cart recovery reach outs!. Highly recommend for any business looking to get an automated WhatsApp CRM tool. It does have a bit of a learning curve. but once you get past that, it's a great app to have in your Shopify arsenal.

There is only an android app so I cannot review that. There are some bugs. I tried connecting social media channels and it says they've successfully connected. However, when I sent a test message to our IG account it did not come through the DelightChat dashboard. The app has great potential and I cannot wait for the IOS app.

I have replied to your email so that we can get on a call and resolve the problem where you are unable to access the app dashboard. I assure you, we will do everything to ensure you have a smooth experience from now on.

As for an app for Apple products, our iOS mobile app is releasing in the next 1 week. We will include you in the early access so that you can use DelightChat from the convenience of your phone.
