I was confused on what kind of WhatsApp marketing tool to use. I came across Delightchat at that moment of confusion. I noticed it had cool reviews. So I decided to check it out. Downloaded and started using and I can certainly say it is a tool that any business owner who wants to win their WhatsApp and customer support game must have. They also have a very functional support team monitoring and ensuring you have a seamless experience in your daily usage of the app.
The App covers all my WhatsApp requirements, the control panel is simplified and the customer service makes it even easier to reach the provided features.
We've been using this app for 2 stores for many years now. Support is excellent, very well featured for the price. All channels including social comments.
