DelightChat has been a lifesaver for getting our social media management in order. The most important advantage is that their support team is very proactive, and most of our issues are resolved within 24 hours or even less. This is a great example of their dedication to customer support. There's definitely a learning curve for our team but the more we understand the features, the easier it gets for us to deliver a better experience for our customers. Great work by the DC team :)

Been using DelightChat for almost a year now, and we can completely assure you this is the best app out there. Their pricing is so reasonable and no other competitor could match it. If you are a Startup, delight chat will solve your problem from WhatsApp marketing to HelpDesk. Their Support is immaculate have used other apps as well and no one can come close to their support. You don't have to pay for multiple apps. Delight is your one-stop solution. Kudos to the team, curious to see what new feature will they surprise us with.

Recomiendo la aplicacion primero por el soporte (pese a la diferencia horaria) me atendieron fuera de su horario de trabajo. El equipo es muy amable y siempre estan innovando en nuevas funcionalidades con la comunidad, los precios estan excelentes comparado con la competencia.
