Been using DelightChat for almost a year now, and we can completely assure you this is the best app out there. Their pricing is so reasonable and no other competitor could match it. If you are a Startup, delight chat will solve your problem from WhatsApp marketing to HelpDesk. Their Support is immaculate have used other apps as well and no one can come close to their support. You don't have to pay for multiple apps. Delight is your one-stop solution. Kudos to the team, curious to see what new feature will they surprise us with.

DC's WhatsApp Marketing + API is a game-changer! It's incredibly user-friendly, even for non-techies like me. The features are powerful, with automation and analytics making campaigns a breeze. I've never experienced downtime, and their customer support is top-notch.

One standout feature is their app's feature request section, which allows users to suggest and vote on new features. This level of customer engagement shows they truly care about improving their product based on user feedback.

Been using DelightChat for quite sometime.

I think what really shines out is the RESPONSE Speed of the team.

Believe it or not, changes and help from the customer service is like really really fast.

You have question? Bang! Answered in 10min.

So far so good. Keep it up

Broadcasts and Automations to Mexican numbers had a bug due to some Meta issues but customer services from DelightChat help was superb and fixed the issue in less than 2 weeks. I want to thank Priya for her help. I believe the app is very useful with great features, and even though it seems they are still developing new features and some of them may need to be updated/fixed they have a great customer service via whatsapp group and will help you with any issue you may come across.

It's been a month of using the platform. I'm a noob when it comes to tech. Their support team has been prompt, patient, and exceptional. I was in two minds before signing up but now it seems unlikely that I'll ever think of shifting.

DelightChat has been a lifesaver for getting our social media management in order. The most important advantage is that their support team is very proactive, and most of our issues are resolved within 24 hours or even less. This is a great example of their dedication to customer support. There's definitely a learning curve for our team but the more we understand the features, the easier it gets for us to deliver a better experience for our customers. Great work by the DC team :)
