I have been using Delight Chat for more than 6 months now and I think this is the right time to provide the review for this app. Delight Chat provides omni channel means that all our social media messages or post comments are accumulated in the delight chat dashboard and we can send reply to users from delight chat directly. Their mobile app also works quite fine. I wont say its top notch as there are some issues with their mobile app notifications. Regarding Broadcast messages, they provide a feature of sending 10 images as a carousel card which is very useful and every card has a CTA button with a separate link to take user to the corresponding product page. I have not seen any other app which provides 10 cards in their single broadcast message. All in all, these guys are doing good work at this price point. I have used interakt before but creating braodcast on that platform was a hassle for me. Support was also not good but Delight Chat has better support system and the omni channel at the same price point. One more important point is that they dont charge any markup on utility or marketing messages.

Delight Chat is useful sofware for handling CRM. It helps in Instagram, facebook, whatsapp Automations as well. We use it for retention marketing by sending WhatsApp broadcasts regularly.

DelightChat is very effective customer support app, and it combine all channels at one place. The Support are very helpful, and very fast.
Just the app configuration and interface is a bit difficult, but it’s just one time to go and everything then goes smooth and easy.
Highly recommend.

We have been using the app for more than 2 years. The experience has been nothing short of excellent!

The features all sound great. I was confident that once we setup, that this would have been the application that we would go with to support our customers and more. But trying to setup Facebook and Instagram would complete with Facebook DM and Instagram DM. They couldn't figure out how to use it while I waited to message with their support once per day and see that it might have taken weeks to get a fix. If you are in the USA, beware that there hours are the opposite of ours and you will only be able to send and receive a message once per day, unless you stay up all night to answer them. I feel that they dont know the tech side of the product so well. The lady that we dealt with was very nice and accomodating in the onboarding call, but that is not enough to ignore that the product would not setup properly. If you try it and all sets up well from the start, then I would go for it. But I wont waste many days in limbo whil they "might" get it fixed.

Our support team is currently based in one timezone, and while we strive to be as responsive and hands-on as possible, we recognize that this can cause delays for merchants in other regions, especially during setup. We're truly sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Additionally, Meta has made certain changes that affect IG DM access based on geography and account type, which has introduced new challenges outside our control. That said, we take full ownership of the onboarding experience and are actively working on clearer communication and faster resolutions.
