Been using DelightChat for almost a year now, and we can completely assure you this is the best app out there. Their pricing is so reasonable and no other competitor could match it. If you are a Startup, delight chat will solve your problem from WhatsApp marketing to HelpDesk. Their Support is immaculate have used other apps as well and no one can come close to their support. Delightful experience with team DelightChat! We have been using DelightChat for over 2 years now and no other tool comes close to the being one stop solution for all our customer communication needs. It not only integrates with all social channels but also allows you to respond to DM’s and comments from Instagram and Facebook (be it from ads or organic). The WhatsApp integration is deep, we were able to not only set up user journey automations but also set up multiple chatbots. The Shops on WhatsApp is a game changer for upselling. And with targeted marketing on WhatsApp our customer retention has also gone up. I would say DelightChat is a MUST HAVE for all Shopify merchants. DelightChat has been a lifesaver for getting our social media management in order. The most important advantage is that their support team is very proactive, and most of our issues are resolved within 24 hours or even less. This is a great example of their dedication to customer support. There's definitely a learning curve for our team but the more we understand the features, the easier it gets for us to deliver a better experience for our customers. Great work by the DC team :)
