I was confused on what kind of WhatsApp marketing tool to use. I came across Delightchat at that moment of confusion. I noticed it had cool reviews. So I decided to check it out. Downloaded and started using and I can certainly say it is a tool that any business owner who wants to win their WhatsApp and customer support game must have. They also have a very functional support team monitoring and ensuring you have a seamless experience in your daily usage of the app.
The App covers all my WhatsApp requirements, the control panel is simplified and the customer service makes it even easier to reach the provided features.

The help desk and team are very accommodating, although there is occasionally a delay in response times. It appears that there is a preference for resolving issues promptly once a ticket is assigned; however, I have higher expectations regarding the integration of artificial intelligence, as they are positioned to enhance automation processes.
Nithya was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me setup API automation on a step-by-step basis and took time to do her research and get back to me wherever we were stuck.
Will definitely ask her for support if required in the future.
