One of the worst apps on shopify. The app itself is incomplete, missing some crucial features without which the app is useless. Support is horrible, they have no clue as to what they are talking about. Their main goal is to tell customers that the feature that u need is customization and for this you have to pay us.. I dont know why shopify is allowing such apps in their marketplace

This plugin does not work as smooth as the youtube videos suggest. Troubleshooting guide is extremely vague. We have spent almost 5 hours trying to add drivers. Several e-mails sent and tickets created asking for help. Customer service is next to non. Would not recommend as it is not reliable for what your business needs.

Hi, As we could guess, the issue is in the unique code, you might have proceeded with "continue with our server" option : http://prntscr.com/zykvid this is why the delivery boy cannot access the app. You need to add your unique code that we provide in the app, then you can have the delivery boy access the app.
As "continue with our server" option is only for the demo purpose.
Do reply on the support emails, so we can get this sorted very soon.

Superb customer support, highly professional staff, app is not that yet develop but its on its way!, looking forward for a much more develop deliveryboy app! excited on how it goes.
