Door Step Delivery Let the agents manage the deliveries & update order status via mobile app.
To simplify the door-to-door process, delivery agents are needed who can take care of your deliveries and manage them in a sorted way. The app allows you to add multiple agents, assign orders and let them deliver orders to the customers. Agents, on the other hand, will have a mobile app to manage the deliveries.Even the customer will be notified of the agent details via an email. Mobile App for the delivery agents: Agents can install the “Delivery Boy” mobile app to their android or iOS phones
- You can add multiple agents, who can manage deliveries of orders.
- You can assign orders to the agents added to the app
- Admin can set up different commission rules for single and multi-line orders.
- Admin can edit the earned delivery agents commission value too.
- Live tracking of delivery agents is available.

This plugin does not work as smooth as the youtube videos suggest. Troubleshooting guide is extremely vague. We have spent almost 5 hours trying to add drivers. Several e-mails sent and tickets created asking for help. Customer service is next to non. Would not recommend as it is not reliable for what your business needs.
Hi, As we could guess, the issue is in the unique code, you might have proceeded with "continue with our server" option : http://prntscr.com/zykvid this is why the delivery boy cannot access the app. You need to add your unique code that we provide in the app, then you can have the delivery boy access the app.
As "continue with our server" option is only for the demo purpose.
Do reply on the support emails, so we can get this sorted very soon.
