It has been a breeze, working with this app. Gave us what we needed - customization/functionality/price!
Works very well to define delivery dates and times , streamlines internal operations well!
We've had this app for over 18 months and it has never failed us. The support is smooth and responsive - just the kinds we needed!

This is by far the best delivery/pickup app. As a local florist I need to make sure we validated a delivery zip prior to checkout but also have a strict control over delivery/pickup dates and time slots. I try numerous other apps and none of them came close to this app. The support team was awesome. A special thanks to Anna for her attentiveness and amazing communication. Most important a very special thanks to Loc for ensuring the app work flawlessly with my theme. Happy Birthday Loc.

Every few months or so a delivery order will sneak through on a day or time that we clearly have no deliveries available. We then either have to refund the customer or scramble to deliver the order to save the sale. It continues to be a problem, Omega continues to fix it but it continues to happen (I think it's happened 4-5 times now). * Updating my review to 4 stars, part of this was on me for not seeing previous communications. I do stand by the fact that this is still not 100% seamless delivery app, sometimes orders can sneak through on dates and times you don't want them to. In this case it was because the app had not been updated.

Great support from Stella and team, very fast response via their live chat, with amazing technical support. We do have alot of customisation in place and they have solved them for us. even though not the easiest to get it set up at the start, its important to familiarise the app features before getting to them. But the key is that it provides quite abit of flexibility to getting the delivery date set up

we, gift delivery shops are taking advantage of this app well. Their support team is really awesome. W/o it, I can't use this app such well.

Ding Dong helps us to plan our production and gives the customer more safety and planning certainty. The customer service is very friendly and trys to help you in time. There wasn't a problem which couldn't be solved, even with customization in shopify templates.
