i would gladly give it a high review. but when i use the app. it actually a paid version and not the free? something is fishy with this. same minute when i installed the app. i got notification that i paid the app. not a trial version. i even deleted the app within the hour too. i can't trust this team. where's my refund.
update: i have received their email and sent the refund immediately. i want to suggest them to start it at the free trial instead of the paid options on the approval. on testing apps. website app tests in shopify are all free that's why i approved it without reading. just edit the options for easy trial for all. thanks

Our support team has just received your review of the payment issue, and we believe this is just confusing when you choose the plan. Our app does have a free plan for you to use it for free and explore the app. And the charge will not be active if you do not confirm it with Shopify, uninstall it also will cancel the plan so please rest assured that you will not be charged for this.

Just installed this app, and support team Anna has been amazingly prompt with her replies and helping me resolve my questions! She even provided video help when I couldn't find what I needed at a glance. Very impressed by the support team and looking forward to using the app on our store.

why does the app ask me to pay when i install it? it says there is 14 days trial.

You just need confirm accept payment for paying after free trial. This is the shopify workflow for every paid apps. You will not paying in free trial time.
