Super excellent customer service who goes out of their way to help and accommodate to the best of their ability! Although my issue wasn't solved, they repeatedly tested it on their end and it was working fine. It must be something wrong with mine, but so long it's working for others then that's all it matters. The team is also so very friendly, kind, and responsive answering all the questions I had. I can see myself using the app on a long term since it offers everything I'm looking for after a long long search. Thank you and keep up an amazing work!

This app has a bit of a learning curve if you are not familiar with API's and such, however the support staff and developers at the help desk are amazing! They were very patient with me and troubleshooted the issues I was having until I got it resolved. Highly recommend this app! Great for local deliveries and pick up locations.

i'm using the pickup function for my products, its working well but I had some troubles repeatedly. The help center is kind and solved it every time but it's exhausting.

Good Service, But need one more validation, If directly buy the item and then it redirect onto the checkout screen I can not see the delivery date option. If it is required there should be the delivery date option before checkout or on checkout.. And also please confirm is this for the mobile apps as well?

The app does exactly what it promises. Very flexible, and easy to configure. Really great customer service as well! I had some customization questions and they were prompt and very helpful.

This app has all the features I need to customise local delivery and pickup requirements for my Florist business. App interface is good, and it doesn't make your webstore look tacky too. I was also facing some difficulties toggling off some functions and Anna was quick to help. This app works well. At times it has minor bugs but customer service is great and issues are always fixed in a timely manner. I recommend it to any e-commerce store that needs to add a delivery date as an option on the checkout page

Clear calendar layout and amazing customer service. I required a few changes and adjustments in my shopify store and they responded really quickly and efficiently.

Anna from the customer support team is super prompt and efficient in getting any technical requests addressed. There was one time when we experienced a glitch in the app and she had it fixed very quickly. Another time, I faced a specific issue, and Anna helped offer some suggestions on how to resolve it. The phone interface for the app could use a bit of improvement, but the fantastic customer service makes up for it :) Thanks guys!

The support for this app is amazing. I had some minor issues fitting their app into my theme, and they custom tailored a solution for me, and did so quickly. Not only this, but they made an active effort to seek me out on other channels and provide support even when my email was not working. The app itself works great too. It functions just as described, and when combined with other apps, offered the perfect solution for a business who does local deliveries like myself. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this app to anyone considering it.
