Most importantly - App works as designed. There could be some features that make this app my go to, but those seem like shopify platform restriction. Instructions are very clear with lots of details on documentation. In cases where additional help needed, Support Team (Vincent) was very responsive, helpful and transparent about what can and cannot be done. Very important for us. If the app functionality matches with your requirements this is definitely a great app to consider.

They are always friendly and quick to respond. Whenever I have a question, it's definitely more time-saving to ask them rather than searching for the answer myself.

Great app to organise and many options for adding very specific days for pickups/shipping etc. Nice options for customisations too.

Been using for about a week now. Good features based on what our shop needs, compared to all other apps, especially considering that it's free for now. Customer service was super prompt to assist with initial setup and very friendly.
