This app has made a huge difference to how we manage orders. We offer both local delivery and shipping so being able to let customers choose their delivery method and select a date at checkout has been really helpful. The postcode checker is great too with the maps API — it stops people selecting local delivery if they’re not actually in our delivery radius.
What I really want to mention though is the support. I’ve used the live chat quite a few times and every single time they’ve been super quick and helpful. They even helped me change the design to better match our website, and even helped me install the maps API. It’s rare to get that kind of service.
If you offer local delivery, especially with set delivery zones or date options, I’d definitely recommend this.

This shopify application is a blessing for the stores doing local deliveries. Functionally, this application is a complete package. They have taken care of all sorts of peculiar requirements which a store owner might have. On top of that their support is fantastic. The team helped me with setting up the application, customizing CSS to match my store's theme. I highly recommend this application. Kudos to the team!

I uninstalled the app after a bug caused all checkouts to be blocked, making my store loose out on hundreds of transactions. Shopify support was able to narrow down the issue pinpointing the app as responsible. Ding Doong support was not able to figure out why this was happening even after more than half a day of looking into it. I deleted the app and my checkout page worked fine again. Only install if you want to miss out on sales.
