I am a wholesaler and online distributor of live lobsters and fresh seafood. After many years of trying to find someone that would help me with a shipping calendar i came across this app. At first I was going to dismiss them as just being another one that couldn't and wouldn't do the job.

I gave them a try and noticed it was very simple to install, but hey it worked! I gave a few requests to make it run smooth for my theme and they went above and beyond my expectations with improvements.

It's about time people out there realized that some people send perishables and or gifts on certain days.

This app has a lot of features, all the ones that my client needs. And it is flexible so it doesn't force you to do things a certain way. I had one occasion to contact support and they were ver quick and gave me the answer in one email. Really great experience.

Although the app didn't meet my needs, the support stuff was extremely helpful trying to fix my issues with the app a few times and making a lot of effort.

We had trouble trying to set up the app ourselves, but we reached out to the support team and got a fast fix and integration with the Shopify theme we're using. The app now captures and records delivery dates. We're satisfied with the way it performs and are grateful for the support we got. Thank you.

If there is an option to rate negative 5 stars, I would definitely go for it.

Reason - worst customer service ever.

What happened - I sent an email regarding the possibility to customise the app to suit my need which is exactly the same as Aussie Meat.com (one of the clients in their porfolio). They returned me saying a separate app need to be developed for this functionality at a cost of $1200. I have never heard from them again after replying to them that the cost is out of budget and sent them a revised simpler functionality request. Despite the revised request was sent twice, they NEVER respond to me.
It's ok to say you do not want (or incapable?) to serve my request at cheap cost, at least you must reply my email and let me know.
You chose to ignore, I choose to let everyone know how bad your customer service is

Great app. Had an issue with my theme where the delivery date wasn't appearing in emails or in the order details. The developers at Zestard were very quick to fix this for us. Everything is now working great!

I couldn't get the calendar showing on product page and despite back and forth, it seems like my requests/questions have fallen on deaf ears. Their customer service is atrocious. Emailed them "calendar still not showing", the reply was pretty much "we have implemented the code". I have paid for the ultimate version during trial period so I wanted to get it working, but in the end I GAVE UP.
